My story didn't begin with plumbing. Back in 2007, I was fixing bicycles. But I've always had this drive to understand how things work and make them better. That curiosity led me to plumbing in 2013, where I apprenticed under excellent mentors right in the heart of Norfolk. Through years of hard work, I found my calling: helping people solve plumbing challenges with real skill and genuine care.

But my foundation runs deeper than plumbing expertise. I grew up in a military family. My father earned the rank of Master Chief in the Navy, and those years living on Navy bases taught me what real service looks like — showing up, doing excellent work, and taking care of your community. Those values shaped everything about how I run this business.

After climbing through the ranks and managing plumbing crews, I noticed something troubling: too many companies in our area sent barely-trained technicians to customers' homes, charged premium rates, and left people frustrated. I knew our community deserved better.

That's what drove me to start Anchor Plumbing & Gas. I wanted to build a company that operates the way I'd want to be treated — with honesty, respect, and genuine expertise. We skip the pressure tactics and fake deadlines. Instead, we focus on honest plumbing work at fair prices, and we tell you exactly what's wrong and how to fix it properly.

Serving our neighbors so well that we earn the privilege of being the plumbers people trust and refer — that's the whole mission.
